What are the precautions for grid construction? Today, the staff of the grid manufacturer will introduce it to you
1. Mobile scaffolding should comply with the regulations of the special construction organization design when towing and moving
2. Each time the scaffold is moved, there should be a dedicated person to command and observe. After a trial drag of 1-2 meters, the deformation of the scaffold should be checked to confirm that there is no deformation before it can be officially moved. After dragging and positioning, the deformation and inertia of the scaffold should be checked to confirm that there is no deformation before use
3. Steel bolts, balls, rods, and other structural components of the grid should be lifted in batches onto the scaffold platform. It is not allowed to stack a large quantity on the shelf platform at once, and it should be installed and lifted at the same time
4. The number of operators on the scaffold platform should be minimized as much as possible, and multiple people should not be concentrated within one span of the scaffold during operation
5. The operators who install steel bolt balls and members on the grid body should use hanging ropes, and the installation straps should be hung on a sturdy structure. The installation personnel need to provide tool bags and tool hooks
6. When positioning, dragging, or jacking the grid, all equipment should be securely fixed, and a sturdy work platform should be set up at the operating position. Walking handrails or protective railings should also be installed. No one is allowed to stay on the grid during dragging or pushing operations
